Schedules, Recognitions, & So On

The After School Program has returned to its regular schedule. There will be no afterschool program on Halloween.

The library's regularly scheduled hours will be 11AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday. It may be open earlier or later if Tracey is available. The library will be closed on Halloween.

The math tutors are in the library every week, Mondays from 9-11AM and Fridays from 2-4 PM.

Governor Inslee's has proclaimed November to be American Indian Heritage Month. A number of events are scheduled around the state.

Mo (Maurice) Charles is the very first recipient of a new recognition program at Port Angeles High School to recognize individuals nominated for going “above and beyond” their usual duties in making their school a better place, overcoming obstacles, or in achieving something noteworthy. He was "pinned" by the committee recognizing his assistance to Crystal who uses a wheelchair. Mo helps make sure Crystal and her aid can get into and out of buildings easier. He also was complimented for his academic turnaround as he has increased his attendance and completed required assignments.
